Sharing Food
We all bring with a dish relating to the theme of the evening with lots of freedom for our cooks to experiment making appetisers, a main dish or a dessert.

Meeting once a month, each session has a theme decided in advance. It may be sharing food or a hands on workshop.
Workshops
Our workshops are more similar to a cooking lesson, where one of us demonstrates how to make a dish. So far we have learnt how to make gnocchi, paella, pizza, empanada gallega with tuna and a crostata with jam. We also organise trips including attending a "Chocolate Workshop” learning how to temper chocolate and make truffles.
